At Oliver Evenings, we work hard to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping policy below.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1-7 business days after payment is received.
  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days (if available)
  • Local delivery or pickup options may be available in select areas.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

Shipping Delays

Oliver Evenings is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier service interruptions
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers
  • Natural disasters or other unforeseen circumstances

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the package.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Please include your order number and photos of any damage.
  • We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available in select countries. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
